Executive Search компания SM Consulting в связи с расширением бизнеса объявляет конкурс на замещение позиции Консультанта-рекрутера.
Основные обязанности:
- Активное привлечение новых клиентов;
- Поддержание отношений с существующими клиентами компании;
- Закрытие вакансий методом прямого поиска;
- Контроль адаптации кандидатов у работодателей.
Требования к кандидатам:
- от 28 лет;
- ВО;
- Клиентоориентированность;
- Опыт работы в прямых продажах - от 2 лет;
- Опыт работы в HR – от 2 лет;
- Английский (разговорный уровень).
